Last Updated: August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zandrelix. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or engage our services through the website.

These terms apply to general website use. Individual client projects may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.

2. Our Services

Zandrelix provides digital development and technology services that may include:

  • Website and web application development
  • Frontend and full-stack development
  • Mobile application development
  • AI integration and AI-powered solutions
  • AI chatbot and RAG-based solutions
  • API and third-party service integrations
  • Responsive UI development
  • E-commerce development
  • CMS implementation
  • Performance and frontend optimization

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities for a specific project will be agreed with the client before work begins.

3. Project Scope

Project scope is determined by the agreed requirements, proposal, statement of work, or other written communication between Zandrelix and the client.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised delivery schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, content, access credentials where required, feedback, and approvals necessary for the successful completion of a project.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or changes in requirements may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

5. Pricing and Payments

Project pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis based on scope, complexity, requirements, timeline, and other relevant factors.

Where a separate agreement or proposal specifies payment terms, those terms will govern the relevant project.

Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before implementation.

6. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions included within the agreed project scope will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

Significant changes to approved designs, functionality, technical requirements, or project direction may be treated as additional work.

7. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by client feedback, third-party services, technical dependencies, changes in scope, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, icons, APIs, stock assets, open-source software, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Zandrelix may retain rights to reusable development techniques, frameworks, general-purpose components, internal tools, and know-how that are not unique to the client's project, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting platforms, APIs, payment providers, cloud services, AI platforms, analytics tools, CMS platforms, domain providers, or other external technologies.

Zandrelix does not control the availability, pricing, policies, security, or functionality of third-party services.

Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinuation of third-party services may affect project functionality or availability.

10. AI-Powered Features

Some Zandrelix services may include artificial intelligence or machine-learning functionality.

AI-generated results may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI outputs should be reviewed by an appropriate human before being relied upon for important decisions.

Specific AI services and data-processing arrangements may be governed by additional project terms.

13. Confidentiality

Where Zandrelix receives confidential project information from a client, we will treat that information according to the applicable project agreement and reasonable professional practices.

Clients should not submit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or highly sensitive information through unsecured communication channels unless an appropriate secure process has been established.

14. Cancellation or Termination

Project cancellation or termination will be handled according to the applicable project agreement or written arrangement between Zandrelix and the client.

Work already completed, approved expenses, third-party costs, or other agreed obligations may remain payable following cancellation.
